These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of trophyjz.com and all orders placed with Yiwu Jinzun WenTi Products Co., Ltd. (“JinZun Trophy”, “we”, “us”). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Our Business

JinZun Trophy · ATOP® is a factory-direct manufacturer of trophies, medals, plaques, award accessories and related products. Our website is a B2B wholesale platform: products are quoted and produced for business customers, distributors, importers and event organizations. Unless agreed in writing, orders are not consumer retail transactions.

2. Quotations & Pricing

  • All quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation (typically 15–30 days) and are based on the specifications, quantity, materials, finishing, packaging and incoterms described.
  • Prices are in the currency stated on the quotation and exclude taxes, duties and freight unless expressly included.
  • If you change specifications, quantity or delivery terms after quotation, we will issue a revised quotation before proceeding.

3. Orders, Samples & Approval

  • An order becomes binding when both parties confirm it in writing (email or signed order form) and, where applicable, a deposit or sample fee is received.
  • Samples and digital proofs are provided for approval. Mass production proceeds only after your written approval of the sample or proof.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of artwork, dimensions, text, logos and specifications you provide.

4. Payment

  • T/T (bank transfer) is standard for bulk orders; PayPal and Western Union are accepted for samples and small orders; L/C can be discussed for large contracts.
  • Production starts after the agreed payment terms are met (commonly a deposit, with balance before shipment unless otherwise agreed).
  • Late payment may delay production and shipment; we are not liable for delays caused by late payment.

5. Production & Delivery

  • Lead times are estimates based on the confirmed order, materials and current production load. We make reasonable efforts to meet them but are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, carrier issues, customs, holidays or events beyond our reasonable control.
  • Delivery terms (FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.) are stated on the quotation. Risk passes to you according to the agreed incoterm.
  • We may ship partial deliveries or adjust packing plans with your agreement to meet event deadlines.

6. Intellectual Property

  • You warrant that any logo, artwork, design or trademark you provide is owned by you or you are authorized to use it, and that its production and import into your country does not infringe third-party rights.
  • Unless otherwise agreed, designs we develop remain our property until fully paid; upon full payment, rights in custom artwork developed for your exclusive order transfer to you as agreed in writing.
  • ATOP® is a registered trademark of JinZun Trophy; the content of this website may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Quality & Claims

  • Products are manufactured and checked against the approved sample and specification.
  • Quality claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos or video, as described in our سياسة الاسترداد والإرجاع.
  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the affected products, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

8. Website Use & Content

  • Product images, dimensions and descriptions are for reference and may vary slightly; final specifications are confirmed in your quotation.
  • We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from website use.
  • You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or use our content for competing commercial purposes without permission.

9. Data & Privacy

10. Governing Law & Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
  • Disputes will first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if no agreement is reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court of Yiwu, Zhejiang, China.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with the effective date above. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
